1. Terms of Use

1.1 About the game and these terms

These terms apply to your use of Templo de la lucha (the “Game”), a single-player arcade wrestling game featuring fictional luchadores and championship matches. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Game’s developer. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. If you are not old enough to accept these terms under applicable law, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use.

1.2 Permission to play

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the applicable app store’s rules. Do not unlawfully copy, sell, distribute, or misuse the Game or its content. Nothing in these terms restricts uses permitted by applicable law or third-party licenses.

1.3 Game content and local progress

The Game’s artwork, characters, music, code, and other content belong to their respective rights holders. This license does not transfer ownership. Wrestling actions are fictional entertainment and are not instructions for real-world fighting.

The Game does not require an account or an Internet connection to play. Preferences and character unlocks are stored on your device. We do not provide a cloud-save or account-recovery service. Deleting local app data, uninstalling the Game, or losing your device may erase your settings and unlocks.

1.4 Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Game. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1.5 Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring claims in your place of residence that apply to you.

1.6 Changes

We may update these terms as the Game changes. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Any notice or acceptance required by applicable law will be provided or obtained.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 No collection or transmission by the Game

The Game does not collect, transmit, or send us any player data. It has no registration, login, advertising, tracking, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting service. We do not receive your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device or advertising identifiers, gameplay activity, or diagnostic information from the Game.

2.2 Information stored on your device

The Game saves language, music, sound-effects, and vibration preferences, along with character unlocks and related unlock-notification state, in its local app storage. This information supports gameplay only; the Game does not send it to us or third parties. Active matches and championship runs are not saved for cloud recovery.

You can remove these local files by clearing the Game’s app data where your device supports that option, or by deleting the Game and its associated data. Your operating system may include app files in device backups under your own backup settings; we do not operate or have access to those backups.

2.3 Sharing, sale, and retention

Because the Game does not collect player data, we have no player-data records from the Game to share, sell, retain on our servers, or delete. Locally saved preferences and unlocks remain under your control on your device.

2.4 Children’s privacy

The Game’s no-collection practices apply to every player, including children. The Game does not request personal information from children or provide chat, account registration, or advertising.

2.5 This website, app stores, and support

The no-collection statement above describes the Game. This policy page contains no analytics, tracking scripts, cookies, embedded services, or externally loaded fonts. Serving the page still requires a connection to its hosting provider, Firebase Hosting, which may process IP addresses and technical request information for service operation and security. See Firebase’s privacy information.

App stores and operating-system providers may separately process download, purchase, backup, or diagnostic information under their own policies and your device settings. Those services operate independently of the Game.

If you choose to email support, your email provider and ours process the message, and we receive your email address and whatever information you include so that we can respond. This is voluntary correspondence outside the Game. Please do not send sensitive personal information. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by contacting us; we will handle such requests subject to applicable legal obligations.

2.6 Policy updates

We will update this policy if the Game’s privacy practices change and revise the effective date above. Any future data collection would require an updated disclosure and any consent required by applicable law before that collection begins.
